Thanks to all of the DABC volunteers in 2010 who helped us with the following remarkable accomplishments so far in 2010!  DABC has assisted the Colorado community achieving the following accomplishments at two (2) Free Tax SuperSites:

Total Value of Services Provided: $4,475,261

Total Federal Refunds Issued: $3,938,461

Total Federal EITC Issued: $1,398,575

Total Tax Preparation Fees Saved: $536,800

Average Adjusted Gross Income of Customers: $18,225

Total Tax Returns Prepared: 2,684

2009 Federal Returns Prepared: 2,494

Prior Year Federal Returns Prepared: 190

118 Checking Accounts Opened (US Bank)

25 Checking Accounts Opened (Wells Fargo Bank)

61 U.S. Savings Bonds Purchasers bought $18,225 in Series I U.S. Savings Bonds Doorways to Dreams Bond Pilot)

(Tax returns filed in 2010 for tax years 2006-2009 and preparation fee savings estimated at $200 per return)
